Wanda Nara has made her split from Mauro Icardi official just weeks after the Argentine striker’s move to Galatasaray.
The pair have been on and off in the past, but now it appears as though their split may be permanent.
“It is very painful for me to live this moment,” Nara shared on her Instagram story confirming her separation from the former PSG player. She didn’t, though, actually say they were separating in so many words.
“But given my exposure and the things that are transcending and the media speculation, it is preferable that they know about it from me.”
“I have nothing more to clarify and I am not going to give any kind of detail about this separation.
“Please, I ask that you understand not only for me, but also for our children.” said Narawho’s also Icardi‘s agent.
Icardi thinks they’re not separated
Shortly before that message Icardi insisted that “We are not separated. She is finishing this work commitment that she took in Argentina and in a few days we will have her back home, both the children and I miss her very much.”
Icardi’s affair with China Suarez
In 2021 the relationship between Nara and Icardi became a media scandal.
The couple were on the verge of splitting up after the footballer’s alleged affair with China Suarezbut in the end they decided to stay together.
“I’m organizing things for the divorce because I can’t do it anymore and because I asked for a divorce,” Wanda Nara said in an audio voice message.

Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara got married in 2014.
Wanda Nara was previously married to a footballer Maxi Lopezformerly of Barcelonabetween 2008 and 2013.
Maxi Lopez accused Wanda Nara of having an affair with Icardi while the pair were teammates at Sampdoria.
